  • Bookings for courses can be made through the following 3 steps:
  • Via our website / online bookings

For online bookings, you may click the “Register” button on the bottom of the course page, fill in the form and click “Submit”.

  • Via call

You may call us at +2711-593-2435 and one of our Training Co-ordinators shall help you with your bookings.

  • Upon receipt of booking in order, enrollment on the respective training course will be confirmed by Registration Team with all necessary documentation
  • INVOICING AND PAYMENT
  • Our fee includes the following according to the course format:
  • In-Person Training Course (Available on request)

Fee includes: Course presentation, relevant materials, physical & digital documentation, lunch, and refreshments served during entire training. *Accommodation charges are not included in the course fees

  • Online Training Course

Fee includes: Course presentation, digital relevant materials & documentation.

Course fees are payable upon booking unless a valid, authorized Purchase Order is provided and accepted

  • Invoices will be sent via email to the name and address provided.
  • We prefer to have the fees payment in our account before the start of training course. However, if your company has a different payment policy, the same should inform us in advance;
  • Payments can be made either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Our Bank Account details will be provided on the Invoice
  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
  • It may be necessary for Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd to amend or cancel any course, course times, instructors, dates or published fees due to unforeseen circumstances and we reserve the right for such changes
  • Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd may cancel or postpone course if less than 5 students are enrolled on or prior to commencement date.
  • Within 7 working days of notifying cancellation or postponement of course, Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall provide learners with information to make timely and appropriate decision on alternative course arrangements.
  • Learners shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from course by giving written notice to Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd their intention to do so if Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd is in breach of any of its obligations or fails to perform its obligations under circumstances stated above at no cost to the learner.
  • Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall also, within 7 working days after receiving students’ notice of withdrawal/cancellation under Withdrawal for Cause refund to students entire amount of course fees and miscellaneous fees.
  • Full course fee will be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations outside of the 5-10 working days before the course commencement date.
  • Where students withdraw from course for any reason other than those set out in Withdrawal for Cause, Phehella Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall, within 7 working days after receiving students’ written notice of withdrawal refund to students following sums:

  • ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
  • The daily course schedule should be accurately followed to ensure undeterred implementation of our training
  • We use a digital certificate system, either via our online learning management system or via email after the training.
  • Phehella Technology (Pty) Ltd holds accreditation with selected regulatory bodies for selected courses on our offering. It cannot be assumed that all courses are accredited.
  • Certificates of Attendance are provided to all clients at the end of their course.
  • CPD points / credits will be obtained once the attendee has attended the full programme and successfully completed the course assessment.
